Lake Oswego Real Estate This Week Stats

The last time I posted This Week’s Stats, 75% of all the Lake Oswego houses listed for sale were over the $600,000 Jumbo Loan limit and only 25% of houses were below $600,000. This week, the stats show the medium list price for ALL houses listed this week were over $600,000.

As you can see, there is a strong trend with pricing continuing upward in our Lake Oswego Real Estate market and it is still a sellers’ market. However, the higher priced homes are seeing longer days on the market before they are sold.
